Property Club is the home for New Zealand property investors — one membership that brings together a community, an AI portfolio manager, group buying power on insurance and services, and a vetted team, so you're never doing this alone.

Why we exist

Property investing in New Zealand has always meant going it alone. You're the admin, the analyst and the negotiator, all at once — chasing your own insurance renewals, filing your own paperwork, and hoping you're not the only person on your street paying too much for property management. Meanwhile the professionals around you, and the big players with real buying power, have all of that sorted.

We built Property Club to close that gap. On your own, you're one investor. As a member, you're part of a club that's negotiating rates as one buyer, running an AI back office that never sleeps, and sharing what actually works with people doing the same thing you are.

A New Zealand business

Property Club is a New Zealand business focused entirely on New Zealand property. Our tools, data and community are built around NZ law, NZ tax rules and the NZ market — that's all we cover. Some of our members live overseas, but they're investing here.

We're registered in Auckland and operate remotely across the country. Our members and team are everywhere from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

Other businesses use similar names, including an Australian property investment club and other New Zealand organisations with "property club" in their name. We're not affiliated with any of them.
