What each feature actually means

• AI toolkit credits power the AI tools — First Pass runs, AI Mentor questions, and the rest of the toolkit. Free members get 10 credits total to try it; Essentials gets 100 a year, Executive gets 60 a month.

Annual vs monthly

PC Essentials is billed annually because it's mainly a once-a-year decision — you're unlocking member rates and the full community, not paying for ongoing active management. PC Executive is billed monthly because it includes AILA actively running your back office on an ongoing basis, month to month, with the flexibility to step down if your needs change.

What happens when your credits run out

If you use your included credits before your next renewal, you can top up with additional credits to keep using the AI toolkit. Credit top-ups are one of the ways Property Club is funded — alongside memberships and fees on partner services booked through the club — so it's a transparent part of the model, not a surprise. Nothing is ever charged automatically; topping up is something you choose to do.

Cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time from Account, Billing. Your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for — no penalty, no calls to make. Full terms are in our Terms of Use.

Why is Essentials billed annually and Executive billed monthly?

Essentials is mainly about unlocking member rates and the full community — a once-a-year decision. Executive includes AILA's ongoing active management, so it's billed month to month.

What happens when I use all my included credits?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, directly from Account, Billing — your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time from your account.
