The platform rules, in plain English — what Property Club is, what it isn't, and what you agree to by joining.

The Property Club platform is operated by Wealth OS Ltd (New Zealand company number 9366619), Level 3, 81 Grafton Road, Grafton, Auckland 1010, trading as Property Club ("Property Club", "we", "us").
These terms govern your use of the Property Club platform at app.propertyclub.nz and everything that comes with it — the dashboard, portfolio tools, community, Deal Room, Academy, events, messaging, and AI features. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for your account: keep your password secure, and tell us straight away at hello@propertyclub.nz if you think someone else has accessed it.
Property Club provides general property education, tools, and community.
We do not provide financial advice. Nothing on the platform — including content from AILA, mentors, courses, community members, or Deal Room listings — is personalised financial advice. For your specific situation, speak with a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or lawyer. Decisions you make about property, money, or investments are yours alone.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The Deal Room is a neutral noticeboard where members share opportunities with each other. Property Club is not a party to any deal, does not broker, match, verify, or recommend listings, and does not handle funds. Posting or responding to a listing is subject to the separate Deal Room Terms of Use, which you must accept before posting. Do your own due diligence on anything you find there.
AILA and our other AI tools generate responses automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. AI output is general information only — check anything important before acting on it. Our AI is always clearly labelled as AI, never poses as a real person, and never handles your money; how we build and use AI is set out in full in our AI Policy (/ai-policy), which forms part of these terms.
You own what you post and upload. You give us a licence to host, store, display, and transmit it as needed to run the platform — that's all we use it for. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
The platform, its software, courses, branding, and materials belong to Property Club or our licensors. Your membership gives you personal, non-transferable access — you may not copy, resell, or redistribute platform content without our written permission.
Some information on the platform — including registered-owner and title data — is sourced from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) under licence and supplied to you on that basis. When you access it, you must: use it only for your own property due diligence; keep it confidential and not re-supply, on-sell, publish or otherwise disclose it to anyone else; not use it for any marketing or direct-marketing purpose; and delete it on request. We may amend or remove owner information at any time, including to meet a LINZ deletion request, and your right to use it ends when your membership ends.
We also create anonymised, aggregated statistics from activity across the platform, which we use to run and improve Property Club and to negotiate better group deals, pricing and offers for members as a whole. This aggregated data is de-identified and cannot be traced back to you or a specific property. Our AI Policy and Privacy Policy explain how we handle data in more detail.
Don't misuse the platform: no attempting to breach security, no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, no using the platform for unlawful purposes, and no misrepresenting who you are.
You can delete your account any time from Account → Your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disputes) survive termination.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that can't be excluded. Subject to that: the platform is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information from the platform, other members, or AI tools, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you on the platform or by email, and the version number above will change. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
