It's free to join — so how do you make money?

Three ways: paid memberships, credit top-ups if you're a heavy user of the AI tools, and fees on partner services booked through the club. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't take hidden commissions, and we don't clip your deals.

What does the AI BRAIN actually see?

Statistics, not people. The AI BRAIN works on anonymised, aggregated numbers across the whole platform — what members typically pay, where the yields sit. Never your name, never your address, and registered-owner data from LINZ never enters any aggregate, full stop. It's all in our Privacy Policy in plain English.

Do you sell property?

No — we don't sell property, and we don't get paid by developers for selling theirs. Your deals are 100% your own, and the Deal Room is 100% a peer-to-peer deal-sharing noticeboard.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your portfolio's yours alone — no other member can see it, and we don't sell your data. Nothing goes to the community or Deal Room unless you decide to put it there.

Here's how you're protected — the geeky bit:
  • Row-level security: every request is locked to your account at the database level, so your data is physically walled off from every other member.
  • Encrypted end to end: your data's encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • We never touch your card: payments run through Stripe — your card details never hit our servers.
  • Solid foundations: built on Supabase and Vercel, with sign-in handled by battle-tested auth, not something we rolled ourselves.
  • Never sold, never shared: your data isn't sold or handed to any third party. Full stop.

I haven't bought my first property yet — is this for me?

Yes. Join free and learn from every corner of the club — work with our partners, meet investors at a catch-up, and work your way through the Academy. When you're ready, run your first serious analysis with the ten credits we give you. Most members' first win is a deal they didn't buy.

Can I rely on the AI?

Rely on it to prepare you, not to decide for you. AILA reads public records and your documents and is right far more often than a tired human at midnight — but AI can be wrong, and big decisions get confirmed with real professionals. That's written into our AI Policy, not fine print.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you can cancel directly from your account at any time.

Do you provide financial advice?

No, we're a membership platform that hosts New Zealand's property investing community. We provide the tools, the network and the educators. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice — we never look at your personal finances or tell you what to do, and our AI is gated so it can't give financial advice either.

Where do I check the latest rule changes?

Our What's changed page tracks the bright-line, LVR, DTI, tax and tenancy law changes that actually affect investors, dated to when each one took effect — not when it was announced. It's the fastest way to check whether something you read a while ago is still current.

Is Property Club the only way to learn property investing?

No, and we'd rather tell you that straight than pretend otherwise. We've written an honest, six-way comparison of how New Zealanders actually learn property investing — free resources, associations, membership platforms like us, professional advisers, books and podcasts, and paid mentoring — including where each one falls short.
