You will always know when you're talking to AI. Here's every rule that promise is built on.
You will always know when you're talking to AI. · 1.1 — July 2026
Property Club is an AI-first company. Our tools read documents, analyse properties, watch portfolios and answer questions — and they're good at it. But we work in property: a high-trust industry where the sums are large, the decisions are life-changing, and scams are everywhere and getting smarter. AI is making both the tools and the scams more powerful.
So we hold ourselves to a simple set of rules. This policy is written to be read — not skimmed past like fine print.
Every AI on Property Club is clearly labelled as AI, all the time. Our AI assistants have names and faces (you'll meet AILA), and they never pretend to be people. When a human from Property Club messages you, it's a human. When AI answers, you'll know it's AI. No grey zone, ever.
We will never use AI to pose as a staff member, a mentor, another member, or you.
We never build AI on a real person's face, voice, name or likeness — not a celebrity's, not a staff member's, not anyone's. Our characters are invented, and they stay invented. That means no voice clones, no digital doubles, no "AI versions" of real mentors or experts. If you ever see something claiming to be an AI version of a real Property Club person, it isn't ours — report it to us (see §8).
Our AI characters are intentionally stylised and illustrated — a bit cartoony, a bit cute, and proud of it. That's a design decision with a purpose: you should never be able to mistake our AI for a real human being. As deepfakes get more convincing everywhere else, our characters stay unmistakably characters. If it looks like a photograph of a person, it's not our AI.
Much of the imagery on our website and around the club is AI-made — and we'd rather tell you than have you wonder. Some images are AI-rendered versions of real photographs, re-illustrated to protect the identities of the real members in them. Others are fully AI-generated. Treat them the way you'd treat stock photography: they show what the club looks and feels like — they're illustrative, a showcase, not a promise or a record of a specific event.
The line we never cross: real stories are always real. When we present a member's story, a testimonial, or a result as genuine, it is — those are never AI-invented, and if an image accompanying a real story has been anonymised or generated, the story itself still belongs to a real member.
Our AI tools are analysts, not advisers. They read public records, crunch numbers, flag risks and save you hours — but their output is indicative, not advice. We don't provide personalised financial, legal or tax advice, and our AI never will. Big decisions get confirmed with real professionals: your lawyer, your accountant, your valuer, your mortgage adviser. Our tools are built to make you better prepared for those conversations, not to replace them.
Our AI features are powered by third-party large language models (LLMs). We don't control those models, and — even with the guardrails both we and the model providers put in place — no AI can be guaranteed to be 100% correct. AI can be wrong, out of date, or occasionally make things up. Always check anything important, and never use AI output as your final decision-maker.
No Property Club AI will ever ask you to transfer money, share your password, provide banking logins, or "verify" your account details in chat. Payments happen only through our secure checkout — never through a conversation. If anything claiming to be Property Club asks for money or credentials in a chat, an email, or a phone call: it's a scam. Stop, and report it (§8).
Our AI reads your data to serve you — your properties, your documents, your reports. We don't use AI to profile you against your interests, and we never use registered-owner or title data beyond the purpose it's licensed for. Where we use data in aggregate (anonymised statistics across the whole platform, used to negotiate better group deals for members), it's genuinely anonymised — no individual member or property can be identified — and it's disclosed in our Privacy Policy. We use trusted third-party LLM providers to run our AI features, and we do not share your personal information with them to train their models.
Scammers imitate trusted brands — including, someday, probably ours. If you receive anything claiming to be Property Club that feels wrong:
These rules bind everything we build. As AI evolves, we'll update this policy — and we'll tell you when we do. The version and date at the top are always current.
